Small businesses are often reluctant to take the plunge and switch to VoIP - and this isn’t just about upfront cost of change, and potential disruption.

A big part is linked to the absence of more granular information on how to actually go about an implementation, and knowing what is appropriate in different circumstances and scenarios.
