Get a grip on neural networks, R, Python, TensorFlow, deployment of AI, and much more, at our MCubed workshops

Book tickets now for our machine-learning conference this autumn

Event You know that you could achieve great things if only you had time to get to grips with TensorFlow, or mine a vast pile of text, or simply introduce machine-learning into your existing workflow.

That’s why at our artificial-intelligence conference MCubed, which runs from September 30 to October 2, we have a quartet of all-day workshops that will take you deep into key technologies, and show you how to apply them in your own organisation.

Prof Mark Whitehorn and Kate Kilgour will dive deep into machine learning and neural networks, from perceptrons through convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and autoencoders to generative adversarial networks. The tools you’ll use range from Excel (yes, really) to R and Python.

If you want to get more specific, Oliver Zeigermann returns to MCubed with his workshop on Deep Learning with TensorFlow 2. This session will cover Neural Networks, CNNs and recurrent neural networks, using TensorFlow 2, and Python, to show you how to develop and train your own neural networks.

One problem many of us face is making sense of a mountain of text. In his workshop on Modern Methods of Text Mining, Datanizing’s Christian Winkler takes you into the world of text analytics, moving through basic to advanced techniques, and helping you decide which is more appropriate.

And if you’re looking to tie it all together with a distinct cloud native flavour, you should check out Terry McCann’s workshop Machine Learning – From model to Production using the Cloud, Containers and DevOps. This session will take you from the basics of putting together a machine learning engineering environment, through developing your own models, and deploying them on the cloud, using Docker and Kubernetes.

All four workshops take place on October 2 at the QEII Conference Centre in London, England, and best of all: right now you can secure your place at early bird prices. You can see all the workshops, and the full lineup of conference sessions on September 30 to October 1 on the MCubed website here.
