With Hollywood types scratching their heads over who'll be the next James Bond, El Reg called on our finest asset - the beloved readers - to propose a successor to Daniel Craig, and you didn’t disappoint.
The proposals ranged from the sublime to the ridiculous - anyone would think this wasn’t a serious exercise. And as requested, there were some unexpected names thrown into the hat.
Without further ado we’ve compiled a list of suggestions and open the floor to you all - don’t treat like a General Election, actually use those fingers to cast a vote.
Think deep and hard, people. El Reg plans to take the results of our poll to Barbara Broccoli. She, MGM and Sony may ignore the wishes of the people, but on their heads be it. ®
