Behind every great tech boss there’s ... who exactly?

You tell us, CIOs

Reg Events Are you the sort of tech chief that expects to ditch 30 per cent of the staff on your first day at your new firm in favour of a tried and trusted team?

Or perhaps you think a key part of the job is getting the incumbents up to speed and making a very small number of strategic appointments.

Either way, we want to hear from you the the first Register Roundtable of 2015, where we’ll be asking:

How do you build and keep a winning team?

Who do you need, where do you find them and how do you keep them? How do you give them the space to be brilliant when you’ve got them?

We’re not interested in the theory. We want to hear how real tech bosses are dealing with real world problems.

We’ll be meeting at a central London Hotel on 3 March at 3pm. The formal discussion will last 90 minutes, and then we’d like you to join us to continue the conversation informally over fine wine and cocktails. The whole event will be conducted under the Chatham House Rule. You can see just how interesting our previous Roundtables have been by clicking on the links below.

We’ll be capping numbers at 12, but we’re aiming to keep the panel as broad-based as possible. If you don’t make the list for this event, don’t worry, we’ll make sure you’re on the list for future events.
