PeopleBrowsr lands in UK

Jodee Rich goes global new offices in NYC, San Fran and London

PeopleBrowsr, the social media analytics company forged by former One.Tel founder Jodee Rich, has officially launched in the UK, appointing ex pat Australian telco executive Andrew Grill as CEO.

The London office opening signals PeopleBrowsr’s launch into the European market after gaining traction in the US.

The company has also launched its latest analytics tool PeopleBrowsr Platform 3, a customised version of which is currently used by Kodak, SAP, FOX and EuroRSCG.

“PeopleBrowsr’s technologies surpass anything currently available on the market for tracking and managing brand engagement, and leveraging conversations taking place across social networks,” Grill said.

Grill formerly an Optus and Telstra executive, is now a leading digital strategist in the UK and joined PeopleBrowsr from competitor Visible Technologies where he was head of International Client Strategy. Rich has been working on PeopleBrowsr since 2007 with a team of global engineers based in Sydney and San Francisco. The platform offers advanced search, filtering and data curation across 1,000 days of social media conversations for reaching highly targeted demographics.

The company has also released ReSearch.ly, for real-time social search, Viral Analytics, for in-depth historical tracking and instant trends and the Engagement Centre, for cross-network team collaboration.

In February the company launched PeopleBrowsr Labs in San Francisco, an incubator for social media start-ups and a Command Center in New York. While quietly tinkering on development in Australia, PeopleBrowsr has been securing large clients in the US with recent wins including Fox, Honda, Kodak, SAP, Westfield, Vodafone and partnering with multiplatform conferences such as SxSW. ®
